1. Inbound Telephone and Website (CRM) Support - 30 Seats

International Travel Booking Agency requires (30) Thirty Seats Inbound Sales and Customer Service Agents for its 24 Hour Website and Telephone Bookings Hotline working on a (24) Twenty Four Hour Basis, (7) Seven Days per Week, (365) Three Hundred and Sixty Five Days per Year, including National and Bank Holidays. The main duties of this project will include but not limited to: Provide Travel Advice, Make Telephone Reservations, Cancel or Change Reservations, Process Online Booking Requests, provide Live Website Support and Email and Customer Support enquiries.

The entire process is Inbound Telephone and Website (CRM) based, only Contact Centers meeting all of the clients requirements in terms of technology, facilities, workforce, and due diligence will be considered for this project.
